LNL Rules Question

I'm wondering what the changes are in the LNL 3.1 Ruleset were from the LNL 3.0 Ruleset?

I'm hoping someone can give me a brief background, I don't need detailed examples or actual rules. Just an idea of what broad topics changed (change to low crawl rules...for example).

IIRC, frankly, not much, mostly rewording and some precisions (as implied by the the numerotation, 3.1 vs. 3.0.)
