I had a question come up in Heroes of Normandy PBEM game about low crops. might be a bit nit-picky I know and my opponent and I came to a friendly resolution, but wondering how others are playing this. A LOS went thru a low crop hex but the LOS did not actually touch the green "row" of planted crops. it just went thru the brown part of the crop hex. Is this considered degrading or not? and please, don't think I am a rules lawyer, or need every little detail laid out like it is in some games, but I'm just wondering what others perceive about this.
I'd play that as degraded. The brown part is still part of the graphic of the low crop so degraded.
