Oh no, I loaded my cart with fun stuff last night and then suddenly the site went down before I could complete my purchase! Is it really just down for maintenance? I am desperate to spend my money! John
I made order 22563 last night, but today after updating the site I found out that it disappeared. What happened to my order?
New system used, order placed! It did seem to lock up on the payment page, but I eventually reloaded. Even though it still indicated that the order had not been placed and those items remained in my cart, I checked under "order history" and it was there. My only worry is that it still says those items are in my cart. And I have yet to receive a confirmation email, but will post here when I do.
I have tried to open a ticket several times but it keeps telling me that there was an unexpected error. I had it marked as medium priority and I did check the knowledge base as it requested. That request disappeared when I returned, but still no go.
Tried again this morning but it still gives me an "unexpected error" when I try to open a ticket. Were I able to open one, it would say this! Howdy! David Heath on the forums suggested that I submit a ticket. I ordered two games and they show up in order history, but it never cleared my cart. I just checked again and they are still there. My order number is #22566. The card was charged so I think it's okay
