Hi

Now that you have mounted ops available is there the chance that more modern scenarios might be seen in the future ?

You've been misinformed Stephen. Mounted Ops is a feature still very much on our wish list. It is not one of the features coming out with Command Ops 2. It is second on our list of priorities for future development after Sequential Tasking (which we need to do mounted ops). So hopefully it will be coming out later this year.

Mounted Ops involves two aspects of modelling. One is where the transport and leg components are organic - ie normally operate together exclusively. The other is where the transport is a generic carrier and is tasked to carry a leg component on a one off basis. We're going to focus on the organic one first. The generic one will come later and that's the one we would need to model transport helicopters, a big requirement for modelling modern warfare.

So it will be sometime yet before we are in that position. But we should get there in due course.
