No Link in Pre-Order Payment Email Notification

I just received the email requesting payment for my 22 October 2018 pre-order of Space Infantry: Resurgence. Unfortunately, although the email advises to use the included link to make payment, my email includes no payment link. I went to my account to try and pay but again there is no link or instructions on how to make payment. I submitted Support Ticket #224 requesting assistance to make payment. I would greatly appreciate it if someone would look into this expeditiously and advise how to proceed with my payment.
