NoRadioMenu (silent) - Get rid of the radio squelch in the main menu of the game.

This mod gets rid of the radio squelch in the menu of the
game. I have been doing this for myself for years now.

If you want, back up the 5 radio WAV files in:

Steam\steamapps\common\Command Ops 2\Sounds\Startup

and replace them with the 5 silent WAV files in this zip.
