Order Update As of September 8, and USPS Suspends Service

US Orders -
All LnLP shipped orders have had their tracking numbers and have been updated in your order history. If you do not have a tracking number for an order it has not shipped yet and we expect all orders to be completed this coming Monday - Tuesday.

International Orders - All LnLP international orders will be completed on this coming Monday - Tuesday. Please remember that we use a private carrier for most international orders it will take orders a few days to reach them before we receive back a tracking number. Most EU orders are sent Second Chance Games and then forward on via Royal Mail. We will update everyone once Second Chance Games received our shipment. This will also cause a delay but help our customers regarding excessive VAT charges.

If you have any issues or questions please open a Support Ticket and we get back to you as soon as possible.


USPS Suspends Operations in Florida
Any orders not yet received going to Florida will be a delay until the United States Post Office starts up service again.

Effective immediately Priority Mail Express: Tand the shipment of LIVES have been suspended to the following 3-Digit ZIP Codes through close of business Thursday, September 14, 2017:

330, 331, 332, 333, 334, 340, and 349

Effective immediately the South Florida District: USPS is suspending ALL operations in the following offices. There will be no Retail Services, Delivery Operations, and Drop Shipments in these offices through close of business Monday, September 11, 2017

ok, thanks. I replied on my support ticket because I havent had an update on the order since it got marked complete a month ago. It charged my card successfully, but never marked as shipped and no tracking number, etc. I'll wait for support to figure it out :)

Yeah, same issue for me, waiting for a reply on my support ticket.

Hi Guys,

If you have questions you need to open a support ticket and yes, maybe again but know we have three people handling them and Zac still here and been working on the support tickets since 7:30 am today.
