Problem With 2 Monitor Setup

Love the ability to use 2 monitors but what I dont like is when I don't have the other one set up the toolbars are missing that were on the second monitor.

Can you make it so if only one monitor is set up the various toolbars are forced to be on that screen since the game already adjust for just one as far as scrolling?

Also, is there a way to quickly remove Extended Info icons?

Yes I agree on the need to check and move dialogs that are no longer within the viewable area. That was already raised.

The Extended info icons are turned off via the Options dialog under the Game menu. Note there is an issue with them still being on for selected units. This has been fixed in 5.0.9 which is still to come out.
