A few questions about the impact of range on volley fire:

1) Can you volley fire at extended range?

2) Can you volley fire if the main unit is in normal range and the supporting unit is in extended range?

Hi!

1) Yes, Volley FIre may be used at Long Range.

2) Yes, even if the supporting unit is at Long Range. It goes without saying (but I will type it anyway) that the target does have to be within Maximum range of the supporting unit, otherwise it cannot participate in Direct Fire anyway.
