I posted a comment in thread regarding v1.2 of Clarification and Corrections, but I'm unsure if it was read.
In that thread, I stated that 10.9 addition should probably say: "...place a Fire Marker in the hex and immediately apply the fire effects as above, as if you had rolled a 5."
Basically, in cultivated hexes, once you've rolled for a fire, why would you roll for effects again? I think that must be a typo.
