Rule 2.3.4.4 - Spreading Fire

Rule 10.9 was clarified and corrected to add that cultivated hexes on summer maps may catch fire. While playing, we presumed that Rule 2.3.4.4 should also have been clarified and corrected to add that cultivated hexes on summer maps also need to be checked for spreading fire. We assume this is correct, but want to make sure.
