Seek and destroy?

I think it would be great if you could give a "seek and destroy" order. In other words, attack and keep attacking until the unit (formation) you have selected is destroyed.

Any thoughts?

This has been asked for on several occasions over the last few years by different people.
It sure would make hunting down those stragglers easier.
There would still need to be a random roll of the dice, weighted for different terrain and weather conditions, to see if they manage to give them the slip though.
