Target Platforms

PC: Yes
Mac: Almost certainly
iPad: Probably, interface is geared for it but need to make sure performance is satisfactory.
Android: Perhaps, the main library allegedly allows it but will not be trying it out until later.
Linux: Perhaps, same issues as Android.
Smartphones in general: Probably not, just not enough screenspace to see things well enough.

Resolutions

Minimum: The game is being developed right now in a pathetically small window, 1024x768. This is to ensure that the four people out there in the world still using this resolution will be able to play the game. This will be the minimum resolution.

Maximum: Everything is set to scale up from the minimum automatically. At a certain point the interface buttons will stop scaling up, but they are pretty big so it should be ok on giant monitors. The art used for the hexes and counters at maximum size is straight from the art sent to the printers at its original size and is approximately 270 pixels across for a hex/large counter... it's a decent size on tablets.

Multiplayer
This is a single player game. If you want to play with your friends, buy the board game. :p
