TM for vehicles

Hi again.

In the TEC chart, I can read a positive +2 modifier for Vehicles/Wrecks

My question is:
Two vehicles are in the same Clear hex. Are they giving a +2 modifier to each one other ?

Or does this modifier apply to infantry only ?

Only one +2 TM. It applies to Leg units and other vehicles. So if two tanks are in a hex they both get the +2 TM.
