What is Battles to the Rhine?

On the countersheets for Noville Bastogne's Outpost there is a section of counters labelled "Battles to the Rhine." That doesn't seem to be a specific scenario.

What are those counters for?

Admittedly, I've only scanned the module so I may have missed something.

This was supposed to be cut form Noville and a few got printed and sent out together. This is a small tiny battle to add to the starter kit or Heroes of Normandy but we are not ready yet.
