When are HQs deployed?

1. When setting up units before a scenario begins, do you also set up their HQs?
2. When units arrive as reinforcements, they are automatically in command. Does their HQ also enter the map stacked with units of its formation, or is it only deployed in the next activation of the formation, when its units are already on the map?

Hi Pierre!

You have the option of setting up HQs with their formation at game start, or starting the HQs in the deployment box. Unless stated otherwise in companion or scenario rules of course.

Same for units entering the map, their HQ may come in with them or await their next activation in the deployment box, as you stated.
