Alternate Leader Counter

Just curious if the alternate leader counter for Lt. Walker has ever been "officially" published? The counter I'm looking for is the version with Lt. Walker wearing a helmet, not the headband version included with Forgotten Heroes. An example is depicted on page 14 of the LNL v3.1 rules included in Forgotten Heroes. If it has been published, I'm wondering where it can be found? Thanks for the assistance.
