Armoured Trains in CO2

Hi All
There is any way to simulate armoured trains in the game? Especially to allow movement only along tracks?

Dave might be best to answer this, but. I've designed a few scenarios. Do not recall anything in the estab editor or the scenario designer which hints this can be done as things stand.

Hi mickar,

It depends.
Short answer is no, it is not possible, although it is in a short list of features we will need for East Front, so we may get it around next year for the 2nd East Front DLC (as the first one does not require trains).
Now the longer version. If you're interested in modelling pre-WW1, or WW1 or 1920s, then you probably can salvage wheeled/motorized movement table for trains. That means, you will need to rework your map in a way that foot movement table remain intact, but motorized table will represent trains, i.e. will prevent movement everywhere except rails and rail bridges. Then you will need, of course, a special Estab where all the units will use foot move except trains who will use wheeled (and of course you'll need to design armored locomotive and wagons themselves in the Estab). This should do the trick.
