I'm playing the first scenario from HoN (Rebecca Can You See Me). Am I right in thinking that the AEO will still follow the SSR conditions before the Americans are spotted and roll dice to pick which direction to move, as opposed to using the flowcharts? When they do spot the Americans, then the cards and flowcharts will start to be used. Is that how it works?
