Heroes of the Falklands Leader-Hero Skill

Bought the Heroes of the Falklands Module Rules and Scenarios booklet. It has the Leader-Hero Skill to be a Leader skill that allows units stacked with this leader to try to rally when an enemy unit enters the hex for melee. Playing the digital game Tom has a completely different skill description which really makes more sense. States basically this is a Hero skill which makes the hero have all leader traits with a LM of +1.

Can someone verify which is correct and point me to the correct wording if mine is wrong.

Thanks
Jack

Yes, the earlier printing of this spiral bound booklet had two mistakes in the skills section, which should be corrected in the later printing.

o Text for the Leader-Hero Skill in the spiral-bound module rules and scenarios booklet is incorrect.
§ Hero
§ This Hero has exceptional Leadership. In addition to Hero qualities, he also has a Leadership Modifier (LM) of 1, which can be used for everything Leaders use theirs for (11.1), e.g., during the Operations Phase they can activate units in adjacent hexes. The Hero suffers no Leadership penalties when wounded.

o Text for the Op Movement Skill in the spiral-bound module rules and scenarios booklet is incorrect. Here is the correct text:
§ Hero
§ Single-use
§ If this Hero begins the Rally Phase in a hex with a friendly MMC (even if it’s a hex locked in Melee), he creates another Hero. The new Hero does not draw a Skill counter.
