Hi everybody, I am new here at the forum, I hope it's ok to post my question here. I am one of the backers of the kickstarter campaign and I just signed in after receiving an email with instructions (which I followed) to carry my order over to the new store. It's been over a week since I opened my ticket and I still have no news from staff, only my ticket is now in "Customer extended support", which I have no idea what it means. Is this ok or should I start to worry?
