Need Serial Keys

I had to re-install CO2 on a new PC. It was successful. However, I don't have the serial keys from when I purchased the Commander's pack. I thought I had registered when i purchased the Commander's pack but I'm not able to access via the appropriate links. I do have a record of when i purchased the Commander's pack. Is there a way I can get the serial keys?

I did raise a support ticket on July 18. No one has responded to it as yet.

You can find all of your serial numbers (yes we do use one on the demo) and download links for the scenario packs for your account in your history from the store,
