Reinforcements

when reinforcements are called for in a scenario set up are they activated automatically on the turn called for, or do you wait and draw them from the cup

I have waited and drawn them from the cup, unless the scenario specifically says otherwise. Therefore, they might not be drawn on the turn they are supposed to enter, but will definitely arrive the following turn.

Thanks Aaron, just received the game in the mail and looking forward to playing, hoping there would be more give and take in this forum. Not much going on in boardgamegeek. This game has a lot of potential .
