Christmas Coupon and Steam Commanders Pack II Bundle

Hi All - My emailed coupon says no longer valid, expired, etc. in the Cart but it is not Dec 27th yet. This is from LNL website. Any idea?

Also, I noticed Commanders Pack II only on Steam and not LNL. I really want the contents of Pack II and just curious why only Steam. Did I miss something? I have Steam so may end up that way in the end.
