Sorry, just to clarify, are you saying that if you use the 'Update Command Ops 2' shortcut in Windows you ALSO need to separately download and unzip these dlls somewhere?

Not really. I have posted these up here to help in the process of finding a solution for two of our users who cannot get the game to run on their machines. Please ignore for now.

they go in the CO2 root directory. I had the problem and with my anti virus off it worked. Then i just added CO2 folder to my exclusion list and i'm good to go.
