LnLt Rules 15.5 say: at the end of the turn you can use rule Continuous Vehicle Movement (CVM) for vehicles that marked with Moved or Assault Moved counters. According to this CVM rule, next turn, if you chose to use CVM, your vehicle unit will have the same movements bonus / penalty from DFT and OFT tables, but at the same time this vehicle MUST move, but can choose the mode of movement – Assault Move or Generic Move.

But, lets imagine some circumstances. Let’s say that we are at beginning of Turn 2, in which we have Vehicle marked with Move turned up to 180 degrees. This Vehicle have +1 OFT table bonus versus enemy ordnance fire. Enemy AT Gun fired at vehicle and missed because of +1 OFT bonus. Next our vehicle Opportunity Fire against enemy MMC, which have been moved. By such Opportunity Fire our vehicle is used impulse and cannot be activated again in this turn. We know that vehicle MUST move, because of CVM rule, but it CAN’T move anymore. So, +1 OFT bonus was illegal. What should we do in such situation?

Welll, the rule seems clear to me. The vehicle must move so you can't do anything that would prevent you to move your vehicle, including opp fire.
