Dynamic Update of Plan Dialog

At the moment the Plan dialog doesn't update when a new order has been issued or when an existing one is deleted. It should.

How can I not agree with this suggestion.

Glad to see you're in good spirits Dave. You're carrying a heavy burden and as someone, in their golden years (I'm 65 myself), I can tell you I'd be pulling my hair out right about now. That is if I had any . Perhaps your undertaking is keeping you healthy and young feeling.
