German 88mm ATG

It this WT now allowed to move to around or is it still only allowed ot pivot in its hex, as per the previous rules edition? The V4.1 rules mention that ...Some WTs (indicated in each module) cannot move. They use their MF to pivot within their hex...but I've have not seen anything to this effect in Heroes of Normandy.

In Heroes of North Africa rules the 88mm can only pivot in its hex as per the rule you mentioned.
