Heroes Against the Red Star?

Is the "Heroes Against the Red Star" pending release a repackaging/combining of "Heroes of the Gap" and "Honneur et Patrie?" If so, will there be anything new in it besides the X-Maps on preorders? If it is not a repackaging, what is it? Thanks,

Heroes Against the Red Star is an updated version of Heroes of the Gap with the expansion of Honneur et Patrie. You will have everything you need to play. This includes all the maps needed even those from the discontinued Heroes of the Blitzkrieg. Let me say that maps will not be mounted but on our new heavy card stock. It will now come with our new counters with the rounded edges. Any pre-orders will also include our new larger X-Maps. It should have extra scenarios but I need to double check that. We will have updated player aid cards more and have our new v4.1 of the rules.
