Not from the game.

I've never checked, but there possibly may be a way from SceneMaker for the scenario you're playing.

You can export a table of all available forces from EstabEditor, but those don't always reflect the hierarchy in a game, particularly if only a subset of all the units on the estab are used in the scenario or the scenario includes cross attached units at start (combat battalions stripped from a brigade and assigned to the division as division reserve for example.).
