Le Manoir - LOS and Hex selection bug?

Is this a bug? German unit in J4 upstairs have LOS to American in O1. But American in O1 have no LOS to German in J4 upstaris?

Also having trouble selecting the hex D2 or E1. Have to zoom in/out or clicking other hexes before D2/E1 can be selected...

Well, it is not a bug if the Americans are trying to see the lower level in J4 but it is a bug if they are looking at the upper level. Is there a way for you to know which hex is looked at?

I think both times he is looking at and from the upper level since it says "Upstairs" on both screenshots so it looks like a bug.
