Percentages before firing

When I'm about to fire into a enemy stack, I can see a percentage.

I always assumed this represents the chance that (1d6 + drms) > (1d6 + TM).

But I'm not sure anymore.

Let's take a look at this picture for example.

1XboUmi.png

IFP = +2;
Adjacent: +2;
Moving Target +1;
TM=0;
So the chances that (1d6 + 5) > (1d6) are 35/36 or 97.2%

I've checked several other cases where the numbers are also slightly off.

I might be missing something, or maybe the percentage means something different?

Someone could clarify?

Thanks,
César

It would be great if we could get rid of these percentages and just have the modifiers shown

I don't know if I agree. I don't mind the percentages and when you shoot, you can see the dr and the modifier. I guess this stimation could be helpful for newer players?

Of course deactivating the percentage should be optional.

But you made some interesting discovery and i dont want to derail your thread.

That option would be great. I'd love if you could toggle what to see. Either the percentage or the modifiers (+2 adjacent, +1 target moving etc.)

BTW this would be the list of correct percentages, First column: "Attacker DRM - TM"
