Pioneer counters.
I don't know why it took me so long to notice this but none of the German Pioneer/Engineer counters have the NATO Engineer symbols on them in any of the games. They have the modifier on them and I know Pioneer counters are Engineer units, so not a problem but that is a type of errata that carried on through the series and into the second 2nd Edition as well.
