WaW Scenario Errata

Hi,

I was wondering if there is a collective errata for the WaW scenario's from all products in the game line?

I noticed a few inconsistencies in Blood & Bridges whilst playing 'Challenging the Bear' recently. Most notably, if playing with points based victory - how do you count 'double the number of units' when exiting the game board. Also one of the victory locations is in a river!
