Smoke laying Capabilites

New living rules say smoking Laying capabilities will be delineated later on in this section but then never are? any ideas?

It should refer you to the module specific rules, where they should list smoke and stars hell capabilities.

In the new living rules just put out it says it will be delineated in this section, although i did find it in the module specific rules, thanks

I was working with two sets of rules, and made hundreds of changes/additions/alterations. I was bound to put one in and leave it out of the other. So far this is the only one. But they are in mod-rules. Change has been made to WW2 edition.
