9.1.6.3 Swarm
If there is a greater than 2:1 odds for
one side over the other, the remaining
Fighters cannot attack unless there is
a second round of Fighter vs. Fighter
Combat.
This is an example of exactly 2:1 combat, and as it seems there is one unengaged Escort aircraft (max 2 pairs of Leader - Wingman).
So the 9.1.6.3 rule should say 2:1 and greater, right?
