Czechoslovakian Unit Table in Storms of Steel Second Wave

I have two copies of the Czechoslovakian Unit Table in my WAW 85 Expansion Pack box. Both are identical and numbered 3 of 4 on one side and 4 of 4 on the other. Is this a misprint on the numbering or should I have a 1 of 4/2 of 4 in addition to the 3 of 4/4 of 4?

You must be my counter-part. I have two copies of the Czech 1&2 sheet but did not get 3&4. I already opened a ticket as well and am hoping it arrives soon.
