Dark July, Noville

Hi, I have just purchased the second edition Band of Heroes and Heroes of the Motherland (Core Rules 4.1) and wish to purchase Dark July and Noville (I obviously I like the game system). Do I really need to buy Not One Step Back to play these games? The only place I found Not One step Back for sale it was over $100. (I don't like the game that much).
P.S. I know this is not a rules questions per-se but it seemed the best option of the categories given.

No, you do not need "Not One Step Back if you own Heroes of the Motherland. You should have no issue playing either Noville or Dark July.

You need Normandy to play Noville.

You need Motherland to play Dark July.
