Here was a questioned asked on BGG and we wanted to post it here as well.
Question:
The rules state that "An activated unit receives Movement points (MPs) equal to the player's activation number plus one." So MPs should be based on the muner I rolled to determine activation; I rolled a 2, I have 3MPs. Got it. Still, I am double checking that this is right because in the sister game, Totensonntag, the MP's that you receive are based on the UNIT's initiative number.
Answer:
You are correct RE the MPs for DEL Red Hammer. Movement is not the same in Totensonntag, where it's your Initiative Factor, plus 1 for certain units. As far as we know there was no error in the Totensonntag manual, but an incorrect word in the movement section on the Player-Aid Card, in which the word "roll" should have been "factor" and has since been changed.
