Rule 10.5.2 states that a dropped out escort is removed form play and is assumed to return to the base. However, the Squadron Briefing Card states that a shot-down or lost escort cost -1 VP. This is contradictory. Which one is right. Does a dropped out escort use the Lost Bomber Fate Table or is it automatically returned to base?
