DUPLICATE. FIXED 5.0.14 - Can't add waypoints with shift

In the attached save select the 51st Armored division HQ and try to give it a couple of move orders with shift, doesn't work for me.
After I delete both bombard orders it works.

Just realized this is a duplicate, sorry, please delete.

This is a duplicate of a known issue which occurs when the user issues a bombard order as their first order. Thereafter the Shift key fails to add extra waypoints on all future orders. We will get to this soon.
