FIXED 5.0.12 - Crash on setting "Rest" to None

I've encountered a reproducible CTD in 5.0.11.

Start any scenario, any side.
Select a unit.
On the Edit Task window (even if no orders have been given), set Rest to None.
Immediate "CmdOps.exe has stopped working."

In fact it only occurs if no task is selected. I need to disable the controls when that is the case. I'm on it. In the meantime if no task is selected, don't hit the controls.

I have now added code to disable the controls when the dialog is cleared.
