Haven't received Heroes of The Bitter Harvest Gamefound pledge

I've yet to receive my Heroes of The Bitter Harvest pledge reward. I started a support ticket with LnLP over a month ago with no response at all despite several prompting messages from me. Is there a phone number to contact LnLP directly or is there only the support ticket system? I've made many purchases from LnLP over the years and have been satisfied with customer support. What gives now?
