HE-equivalent Firepower of RPGs etc?

From reading the rules, I can't tell if RPGs, LAWs etc have an HE-equivalent firepower. The front of the counter only has a number on the bottom right, which I'm assuming is the range? The back has penetration values that are used only against armored targets. So is it possible to fire this at a squad, and if so what HE-equivalent do I use?

The boxed number on the bottom right of the counter front is the HE Equivalent. You would use the range and TH numbers on the back of the counter, and if you get a hit on a squad, you use this HE Equivalent to resolve the attack on the DFT. You would also have to check section 14.2.1 to see if any of that apples to your situation.
