High rate of fire helicopters?

On the unit tables, neither the Mi-24 Hind-E nor the AH-1 Cobra have a 'high rate of fire' icon on the special functions column. This seems to contradict rule 10.1.2. Grateful for your confirmation!

Page 8 has the helicopters that have high rate of fire:
ADDITION
Add the following units as capable of High Rate
of Fire HE:
• US AH-1 Cobra
• Soviet MI-24 HIND-E
• East German MI-24 HIND-D
