Sharing some info.
Situation: A buddy has a scenario he is writing and wants to playtest it against a human opponent BEFORE posting up to the workshop. A smart and prudent desire.
Here is where these custom scenarios reside on the PC of the scenario writer.

Where "?" is your user names on your own computer...
Your scenario should be listed by name you gave it with an "lsc" file type
Copy it to and email it to your opponent for allowing the playtest.
The tester buddy's playtest vs the computer as well as meeting on steam to play H2H versus the scenario author.
