On the Movement cost chart for 1939-159 ww2 era. What does "T", "O","R", "Leg" mean? And what is the difference for each one?

T= Tracked, mostly tanks
O= Off road vehicles
R= Road vehicles, trucks
L= Leg, infantry, Leaders, Weapon Teams
