Noville: Pea Soup Fog

Hi,

I'm not sure to fully understand the effects of pea soup fog in the game. It says "adjacent units are not automatically auto-spotted".

Suppose a moving MMC comes adjacent to one of my stacks.
Is it spotted because of the "Moved" marker ?
May I do OF against it or do I have to roll for spotting in my own impulse ?

Ops, forgot to mention that the moving MMC is in clear terrain adjacent to my stack, entrenched in a building.

Not spotted. In the rules, "within the NSR all standard rules for spotting and firing apply. With NSR 0, 1 hex away is outside of the NSR.
