Purchase? Limited?

I have just stumbled upon this game and it looks a ripper. However, I’m unsure how to purchase it. I had my hopes that it would be a perfect game for my IPad (especially after reading your introduction to Digital Games below). But that might not be the case?

Then I thought that I might be able to download it to my work laptop as we are working from home due to the virus lockdown. But again it doesn’t look like I can obtain it via conventional purchase and download as it is only through Steam. Is this correct?

Bit frustrated but only because it looks such a good product.

Digital Games – Our Digital games are on the Windows OS, Mac OS, and Apple iOS. Our games are mostly strategy based on various military campaigns real and made up in different time periods and themes. Many of these games are categorized as Wargames.

This can only be bought through Steam, no iOS for now.
