Sewer Movement- Enemy at the Gates

When units exiting a sewer are subject to Opportunity Fire, are they still subject to OF attacks equaling the MP-cost of the terrain the Exit Sewer is located in, i.e. two Op F attacks if exiting a sewer located in a stone building? Many thanks for the help.
